4. Kontaktformular/Feedback

Wenn Sie uns per Kontaktformular Informationen zukommen lassen, werden Ihre Angaben aus dem Anfrageformular inklusive der von Ihnen dort angegebenen Kontaktdaten zwecks Bearbeitung der Anfrage und für den Fall von Anschlussfragen gespeichert. Diese Daten geben wir nicht ohne Ihre Einwilligung außerhalb der Bibliothekssoftware-Verwaltung weiter.

5. Einsatz von Dienstleistern zur Bereitstellung der Internetseite

Zur Bereitstellung dieser Internetseite nehmen wir OCLC als Dienstleiter in Anspruch (Link zu Technische Betreuung). Mit OCLC haben wir einen Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung nach Art. 28 DSGVO geschlossen und  regeln somit  deren vorschriftsmäßigen Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten - Unterauftragnehmer eingeschlossen.

6. Auskunft, Löschung, Sperrung
